Ground Details

The Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium
Richard St, Scott Rd, Selby, YO8 4BN. Tel: (01757) 210900.
General Ground Directions:
From M62: take J34 and follow A19 into Selby, proceed straight over lights into Scott Road, take first left (past Abbey Leisure Centre) into Richard Street. Ground at end of Richard Street.
From Leeds: A6 follow Selby signs and at main traffic lights at end of town turn left into Scott Road, then as above.
From York: A19, proceed through town centre to traffic lights and at end turn right into Scott Road, then as above.
Important travel information: Between 1st October to 21st December, 2018, the bridge at Chapel Haddlesey on the A19 towards Selby is going to be closed both ways for major repairs. This will have an impact on any visitors to Selby and will add more time to your journey. There will be diversion signs in operation but, if you can avoid exiting the M62 at J34 during this period and use an alternate route to reach Selby, that would be great. If you take J36 Goole you can reach Selby from the York side of the town. The A1-A63 route will not be affected by the closure other than the congestion the bridge closure causes.

Public Transport:
Station: Selby mile. Right out of station Station Road, left into Ousegate, becomes Water Lane and continue over bridge, then just after bridge take footpath left through grassed area, right at end and left through car park, then left into Scott Road, right into Richard Street, ground at end.
Public transport directions courtesy of Andy Edwards. Click here for more details.
