Railway Set For Quick Return Home
23rd December, 2009
Lincoln Moorlands Railway are hopeful that their next home game will go ahead - that is despite a recent break-in at their ground.
Thieves stole thousands of pounds worth of copper piping last week which led to the changing rooms being flooded.
The match officials' showers were also pulled off the wall.
Work will take place next week to fix the damage, meaning that their Premier Division match against visitors Winterton Rangers on Saturday 2nd January should go ahead as planned.
