Stacey Returns to Long Eaton
18th November, 2009
The Derby Telegraph is reporting that Glyn Stacey has returned to Long Eaton United as their new manager.
He replaces Mark Harvey who was dismissed by the club at the weekend.
Stacey was working alongside Harvey at Grange Park in a joint manager role until he resigned during the summer.
"It is a bit of a shock to be back so soon," Stacey told the Derby Telegraph.
"I wanted to get back into football and the chance came out of the blue.
"I'd just got back from holiday and I got a call from the club asking me if I could have a chat with them.
"They offered me the chance to go back and I didn't hesitate."
