Barton Town Old Boys have announced that Dave Anderson is their first team manager.

Mally Parker has been named as his assistant.

For the last six years, Dave was manager of Westella and Willerby where he helped take them from the Humber Premier League to the Supreme Division of the Central Midlands League and, along with Mally, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.

Ian Durnian, who has been acting as caretaker since the resignation of Carl Stead, will resume his coaching duties alongside Dave and Mally.

The new management team make their debut this Saturday, weather-permitting, at A.F.C. Emley.

The Club would like to thank everybody who showed an interest in the position and wishes all of them well in whatever they choose to do in the game in the future.
