NCEL Constitution Finalised

The Premier Division and Division One line-ups were finalised at yesterday's KoolSport NCEL AGM in Scarborough.
The proposed structure was accepted, meaning the League's make-up for the 2009/10 season will be as follows:

There has also been a number of changes within the League's Management Board.
Former Chairman Tom Dixon has retired from that position and is now the League's President.
President Frank Catt and Vice Chairman Derek Waterfall have also stood down and have become Life Members.
All three are thanked for their work over a number of years for the NCEL.
Barry Wood and Ronald Skidmore remain as Vice Presidents.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman positions will be filled at a later date.
