Tevendale Stays At Sandygate
31st May, 2008
Hallam Football Club have been given a massive boost after their top goalscorer in the 2007/08 season agreed to stay for another year.
James Tevendale has decided to stop at Sandygate, much to the delight of his boss Darren Bland.
Hallam's manager said: "I am over the moon that James has decided to stay at Hallam.
"Any player that scores 33 goals in a season is bound to attract attention and sure enough James has.
"But James can see what were trying to achieve at Hallam and he wants the same things!
"This is a massive signing for us and shows this season we mean business.
"I feel, if we can add another three or four new faces to last season's squad, we wont be far away."
