Denton pledges future at Sandygate
19th March, 2021
Hallam have begun preparations for the 2021/22 Toolstation NCEL campaign with the announcement that their management team will remain in charge for next season.
The Toolstation NCEL Division One side made the announcement earlier on social media saying: "Good news for first thing on a Friday!
"We have retained manager Craig Denton and his coaching staff for next season.
"We look forward to getting a full and, hopefully, successful season!"
Denton took charge at Sandygate last summer following his departure from Premier Division side Barton Town.
He said at the time of his appointment: "I am delighted to join Hallam FC as their manager.
"This historic club has a vast history but also a firm foundation in the community and a family friendly ethos.
"Hallam has a fantastic set-up both on and off the pitch. It is an extremely well-run and well-managed set up behind the scenes with a very supportive chairman and committee and something that I really want to be part of."
Denton will continue to be assisted by Rob Poulter and Wayne Thompson, with coach Ryan Hopkinson and goalkeeping coach James Humphreys also part of the management team.
