Toolstation NCEL clubs are being reminded that, although games are currently suspended, the transfer deadline for the current season remains 31st March, 2020, in accordance with League Rule 6.2.1.

The Rule, part of the Regulations for the FA's National League System, states: "After 5.00pm on 31st March each playing season, new registrations, new loans and transfer of registrations will be declined or will be approved subject to such limitations and restrictions as the Board may determine and, if so determined, the Player shall only be eligible to play in the matches for which permission is granted by the Board."
