NCEL Premier Division side Arnold Town are having to embark on a major fundraising drive.

At a special meeting called by the club on Monday night, it was announced that they are feeling the pinch financially due to their proposed move to their new Eagle Valley ground.

It has been reported that ?100,000 has already been spent getting the project to even the very early stages it is currently at.

They hope to raise cash by the Eagle Valley Vice President's scheme which has already been getting a good response.

And, they are looking to get more people joining their 200 Club.

Meanwhile, Arnold Town must wait until April the 3rd before they can continue their work at their new ground.

Government officials meet on that date to decide whether to rubber-stamp an application for funding by the club's Development Committee.
