Arnold Town manager Andy Muldoon has issued a "hands off" warning about striker David Wilkins.

Wilkins has been the subject of interest from a number of clubs this season, many from higher levels of the Non-League Pyramid.

Wilkins is under contract at Arnold and has raised his profile with his scoring exploits last season.

Muldoon said: "Wilkins is contracted to this club and I am happy to keep him here until the end of his contract.

"Unless the club receives a substantial offer then the player is going nowhere.

"The offer would have to be in the best financial interest of the club before it would even be considered."
