Sheffield remain eight points clear at the top of the Premier Division but their closest rivals Retford United refuse to lose ground in the title challenge.
First half goals from Rob Ward and Gavin Smith saw Sheffield claim a 2-0 victory at Eccleshill United.
Retford, meanwhile, dealt a possible lethal blow to third-placed Garforth Town?s title ambitions by beating them 3-0 at Cannon Park.
After an even first half, the Badgers took control after the interval with strikes from Karl Colley, Mick Godber and Mark Ashton.
Glapwell have moved up into the top four after a scrappy single-goal win at Liversedge, Ian Brown with the decider just two minutes into the encounter.
One of the sides they climbed over was Selby Town who fell to a 3-2 defeat at Arnold Town, a win that sees the Eagles move up to fifteenth.
Selby were leading with just five minutes remaining, thanks to a first-half brace from Neil Towler, but Lee Sutton then struck twice to add to an early penalty for his hat-trick and claim a dramatic victory.
And, in the battle of the bottom two sides, Thackley were 3-1 winners at basement outfit Brodsworth Welfare.
Welfare had taken the lead on 24 minutes but they could not hold on for their first victory in 28 matches as Adam Boocock, Nicky Matthews and Dean Walters turned the game round for the visitors.
Meanwhile, in the only Division One match in midweek, AFC Emley moved up two places to eleventh with a 2-0 home win over Yorkshire Amateur, John Wood getting both goals in the first half.
Elsewhere, it was knockout action with the remaining two League Cup Third Round matches finally being played.
Mickleover Sports went through to the last eight with a 3-1 victory at Carlton Town.
David Holmes and Dave Middleditch had put them two-up by half-way through the opening period before Steve Chaplin pulled one back soon after the interval.
But, Richard Bailey soothed Sports? nerves with a third fifteen minutes from time.
Parkgate led a trio of shocks in the competition as the Division One leaders beat Premier Division hosts Long Eaton United, 3-0.
Brian Cusworth struck a first-half brace before a Mark Strzyzewski own goal five minutes from time sealed the tie.
And, in Quarter-Final action, Division One sides Staveley Miners Welfare and Winterton Rangers saw off top-flight visitors.
Marc Scott, Thomas Nolan and Ben Kistell all found the net in Staveley?s 3-1 win again Pickering Town, Danny Gildea grabbed the consolation for the Pikes.
And, Rangers were 3-0 victors over Hallam, a Gareth Clayton own goal followed by strikes from Rob Northen and Greg Archer sealed a comfortable victory.
But, things went to form in the semi-finals of the Presidents Cup as Selby Town defeated hosts Parkgate, 2-0, on Thursday night.
Steve Lyon opened the scoring on 15 minutes before Adam Russell doubled the visitors' advantage on 56 to book a place in the Final against Retford United.
