Dave McCarthy's second-placed side make the trip to Doncaster on Tuesday night in the only Premier Division encounter in midweek.

Welfare would move nine points clear of the bottom two if they are able to inflict only Sheffield's second defeat in eleven league matches.

Meanwhile, the outstanding League Cup Second Round clash takes place on the same evening as Liversedge host Long Eaton United.

The winners will be at home to Division One high-flyers Parkgate in the last sixteen.

Staveley Miners Welfare and Borrowash Victoria both go to UniBond opposition as Welfare travel to Gresley Rovers and the Vics are at Ilkeston Town.

And, there is one fascination game in the competition on Wednesday evening.

It is a local derby and an all-NCEL Premier Division clash at Hall Corner as Glapwell host the side located just five miles away from them, Shirebrook Town.
