Staveley Sponsor Helps Hospital
2nd March, 2009
Staveley Miners Welfare's sponsor is giving some of those involved with Sheffield Children's Hospital a night to remember tomorrow.
Baris Group Ltd, who have a corporate hospitality box at Sheffield Wednesday, have made it available for the game with Reading for ten staff and patients.
The hospital will be the shirt sponsors for the Championship side from next season.
Baris' Board of Directors and Chairman of Staveley Miners Welfare, Terry Damms, say that's a tremendous gesture by the Owls.
In response, they have given a few of the staff and patients at the hospital an opportunity to enjoy a night at Hillsborough in their hospitality facilities.
Baris are also arranging to purchase Sheffield Wednesday shirts and a few goodies for the few patients.
And, they are hoping the Owls can arrange to get the shirts signed by the players as a memento of the night.
