Free entry for Dene Park farewell
8th April, 2015
Hall Road Rangers will play their last ever game at Dene Park on Saturday and, to celebrate their time there, admission is free to the match.
The Toolstation NCEL Division One side take on Bottesford Town on what is bound to be an emotional afternoon.
It was announced in January that they had secured a long-term tenure at a new venue at Harworth Park.
Chairman Darren Sunley said at the time: "Dene Park has been the home of Hall Road Rangers for many years but we feel now is time to move on with our own plans which will in turn allow the other teams we have been sharing with to grow their own new venture.
"Due to the number of teams we have, the site and its own commitments is not really adequate for our requirements and aspirations moving forward."
Rangers currently run over thirteen teams ranging from the young under 7s to the full first team and on to the veterans.
