Worsbrough Bridge Athletic have teamed up with the Mark Gorry Foundation and their Love Your Balls awareness and education campaign that was launched in 2011.The announcement from the Toolstation NCEL Division One side said: "We are incredibly proud to be associated with the Mark Gorry Foundation and would like to thank them for their shirt and pitchside board sponsorship.
"Having a charity partner was one of our key objectives as a football club and having this association further increases our commitment to promoting welfare through sport and increased awareness through our football club."
The Love Your Balls goal is to talk to as many people as possible about the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer, improving understanding of the disease.
The charity deliver awareness sessions, education workshops and 1-2-1 demonstrations (using their faithful prosthetic testes), to promote the importance of regular self-checks and to encourage men to know what is healthy and what is not.
Love Your Balls is all about delivering an awareness message that is clear, to the point and encourages men to take ownership of their own health.
The charity goes out to schools, colleges, workplaces, youth clubs, football teams, sports tournaments and pretty much anywhere else where there will be a captive audience.
