New shirt sponsor for Hemsworth

Hemsworth Miners Welfare have announced a new home kit sponsor as their first team gets ready for their first ever season in the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division.

Local based company Candor Carpets will be the name on the front of the shirts.

Pictures of the new kit will be unveiled over the next few days.

The club have thanked the owner of the business Richard Ambler for his generosity and have asked anyone interested in what Candor Carpets has to offer to call Richard on 07710 225400.

Day of celebration for Hemsworth

Toolstation NCEL Division One champions Hemsworth Miners Welfare are getting ready for a day of celebration next Saturday (23rd April) at home to Bottesford Town in what has become a 'Pay As Much As You Want' game.

Everyone going to the match will set their own admission price for the fixture which will be followed by the presentation of the Division One trophy after Hemsworth's title triumph was confirmed in midweek.

The club are hoping for a bumper crowd with sponsors, members of their junior teams' squads and former players set to attend what should be an afternoon to remember.

Vacancies at Hemsworth

There are a number of vacancies at Hemsworth Miners Welfare that the club are looking to fill as the 2015/16 season gets into full swing.

The Toolstation NCEL Division One need a club physio, club secretary, programme editor and volunteers to get involved on matchdays.
