Secretary role vacant at Tigers

Toolstation NCEL Premier Division side Worksop Town require a suitably experienced club secretary to work on a voluntary basis.
Essential experience will include the ability to effectively oversee the following areas:
i) All football administration and compliance with all football governing body rules and regulations;
ii) Management, facilitation and coordination of player transfer activity for all WTFC teams, in accordance with all football governing body rules and having regard to club financial parameters;
iii) All arrangements relating to match day requirements under the remit of the club secretary;
iv) Various ad hoc activities, the nature of which may normally be regarded as the duties and responsibilities of the club secretary.
The candidate is likely to be an existing club secretary of level 5 or above or an experienced assistant. Reporting and communication will include club directors, the Club Decision Making Committee (which includes fans representatives), the team manager and other staff members.
Key skills of the job include excellent administration skills with modern communication experience including familiarity with commonly used Microsoft Office programmes; an ability to work under pressure at times, first class organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to establish a good working relationship and rapport, both internally and externally.
It should be noted that currently the club does have a matchday secretary who is willing to share some of the responsibilities and work load as mutually agreed.
