Macron NCEL Division One side Crowle Colts have confirmed the appointment of Grant Black and Danny Frost as their new management team.

A statement released by the club said: "Grant brings a wealth of managerial experience to Windsor Park, having previously taken charge at Ossett Town, Belper Town, Ossett United and, most recently, Brighouse Town, where Danny served as his assistant.

"Danny now makes the step up into management following a hugely successful non-league playing career, which saw him represent the likes of Pontefract Collieries, Gainsborough Trinity, Bradford Park Avenue, Ossett Town and Trafford FC, amongst others.

"Grant and Danny already have a well-established working relationship and we believe that combination of managerial experience, playing experience and extensive knowledge of non-league football makes them an exciting addition to the club."

The pair replace Gav Cooper and Ben Simpson who left the club earlier this month and are now in charge of neighbours and league rivals Club Thorne Colliery.
