Worsbrough Bridge Athletic continued their unbeaten start to the Macron NCEL season with a 3-2 win at Pickering Town in midweek.In the only Premier Division game to take place, the hosts forged a two-goal lead through Nathan Dyer and Charlie Thompson as the Pikes looked for their first points of the campaign.
But, Keelan Grist pulled one back for the Briggers in stoppage time before Charlie Austerfield’s leveller came on 64 minutes.
Harrison Marvin then struck nine minutes from time to give the visitors the victory that takes them up into third with seven points from their opening three games.
Meanwhile, there was a full round of matches in Division One with
Selby Town making it three wins out of three to top the early standings.
