Worsbrough Bridge Athletic continued their unbeaten start to the Macron NCEL season with a 3-2 win at Pickering Town in midweek.

In the only Premier Division game to take place, the hosts forged a two-goal lead through Nathan Dyer and Charlie Thompson as the Pikes looked for their first points of the campaign.

But, Keelan Grist pulled one back for the Briggers in stoppage time before Charlie Austerfield’s leveller came on 64 minutes.

Harrison Marvin then struck nine minutes from time to give the visitors the victory that takes them up into third with seven points from their opening three games.

Meanwhile, there was a full round of matches in Division One with Selby Town making it three wins out of three to top the early standings.

Maximillian Bauer struck late on for the Robins as they defeated visitors Appleby Frodingham by a single goal.

Armthorpe Welfare have two victories in two after an own goal was added to by Ryan Ellison as they won 2-0 at home to Athersley Recreation.

A hat-trick from Omar Sanyang helped Leeds UFCA to a 5-1 home victory over Harrogate Railway Athletic.

Kalaab Daniel and Harrison Rowley also found the net whilst Charlie Lack grabbed a consolation for the Rail.

Armthorpe and UFCA are two of the six sides on six points with two others playing out a 1-0 win in hosts Brigg Town’s favour, Reece York with the decider against Field Olympic.

Ross Duggan, Silas Valladolid-Collins and Callum Brooks were the scorers for Goole AFC in their 3-1 home win over Hemsworth Miners Welfare.

And, Wakefield AFC complete the half-dozen as Owen Thomas’ stoppage-time winner snatched them a 1-0 victory against their visitors Ilkley Town.

Wombwell Town were the only side to pick up anything on their travels in the division as they got a point in a 2-2 draw at Kinsley Boys.

Morgan James brought them level after Cory Woodward had given the home side an early lead before Nash Connolly’s 74th-minute strike put Wombwell in front.

Zavier Elkin-Sheppard, however, pounced for an equaliser to ensure the spoils were shared.

Lewis Walker and Ben Vazquez struck in the opening quarter whilst Oliver Nicholson added to Winterton Rangers’ tally as they defeated visitors Immingham Town 3-0.

Lucas Stephens grabbed the points for Route One Rovers as his injury-time decider secured a 2-1 home victory over Crowle Colts.

LIV were 2-0 winners over visitors South Leeds, Ryan Whincup and Mofeoluwa Fabiyi with their goals, whilst William Gomes struck in the final seconds as Club Thorne Colliery won 1-0 at home to Doncaster City.
