There were 85 goals in twenty Toolstation NCEL matches on an action-packed Saturday afternoon with ten of them coming at the Bannister Prentice Stadium as Garforth Town beat Maltby Main 7-3.The hosting Miners defeated the visiting Miners thanks to two each from Sam Barker, James Burgess and Luis da Silva with Charlie Marshall also getting on the scoresheet whilst Aaron Sennett-Neilson netted a brace and Elliot Simpson grabbed a third for the away side.
Garforth stay fourth, seven points off the summit with the three sides above them also tasting victory.
North Ferriby maintain their five point lead at the top after Thomas Corner, Jamie Forrester and Joshua Whiteley scored in their 3-0 home win over
Penistone Church.
Joe Jagger's penalty was added to by Iyrwah Gooden as
Emley AFC beat visitors
Yorkshire Amateur 2-1 to stay second whilst the Ammers drop back to the bottom of the table.
Third-placed
Barton Town won 5-0 at
Thackley, Thomas Waudby scoring twice late on after the groundwork had been done by Harrison Coley, Benjamin Hinchliffe and Taron Hare.
Silsden AFC and
Hemsworth Miners Welfare climb above
Winterton Rangers into fifth and sixth, respectively following home victories.
Silsden went behind to a Fernando Moke strike for
Eccleshill United but a Takuo Jitsukawa own goal drew them level on 78 minutes and Talent Ndlovu quickly scored the vital second.
Kane Swinburn found the net twice for Hemsworth in their 3-1 defeat of
Hallam, Rhys Scott with their third before an injury time consolation for the Countrymen from Brandon Bradbury.
Winterton, meanwhile, drew 2-2 at
Golcar United, Luke Anderson netting twice for them whilst Kayle Price and Daniel Naidole got on the scoresheet for the hosts.
Goole AFC moved out of the basement as they won 4-2 at

And, there was a 1-1 home draw for

Albion Sports, George Green's 53rd minute penalty cancelling out Tabish Hussain's first half strike for the Lions.
The most remarkable scoreline of the day, meanwhile, came in Division One as bottom side
Parkgate picked up their first home win of the season by beating
Nostell Miners Welfare 6-0.
James Hardeman had them two up within six minutes before a Ross Duggan hat-trick and a goal from Alexander Hardwick ended the Steelmen's duck at Green Lane.
Worsbrough Bridge Athletic climb out of the bottom three after their 5-3 home win over
Ollerton Town, coming back from 2-0 down to take the points helped by two each from Conor Glavin and Harley Holt, with four of the game's goals scored in the last eleven minutes.
Athersley Recreation drop into the relegation zone after a 1-0 loss to visitors
Armthorpe Welfare, Rhys Plater with the winner five minutes from time, whilst
Glasshoughton Welfare remain in the bottom three after a 4-0 loss at leaders
Campion.

Second-placed

They go above

There were two goals each for Conner Harman and Jack Richardson as
Brigg Town won 5-0 at
Shirebrook Town and Corey Glaves also scored twice as
Staveley Miners Welfare beat visitors
Selby Town 4-1.
And,
Swallownest came from behind to win 3-1 at home to
Retford FC with Sam Jones, Jack Haslam and Mark Adiele ensuring the points that moves them up to tenth.
