The visiting Swans led at the interval at the Home of Football Stadium, Joel Shepard and Ali Aydemir giving them a 2-1 advantage after Brandon Webster had opened the scoring for the hosts after just two minutes.
It stayed that way until the final twenty minutes before Webster's second restored parity, Grant Tait's own goal gave Sheffield the lead and the points were sealed in stoppage time by Harry Spooner.

Penistone drop to eighth after their defeat and
Pickering Town's 3-2 home loss to
Thackley means they fall to ninth whilst their opponents keep themselves in thirteenth spot.
Souleymane Coulibaly struck twice to give the Pikes a 2-0 lead by the start of the second period but the visitors turned the game round with goals from Toby Marriott, Thomas Parkinson and Lewis Sugden.
Eccleshill United were 2-1 home victors over
Horbury Town to move up into eleventh whilst their opponents now find themselves bottom of the table, Mark Ferguson and Zackary Sangster scoring for the Eagles whilst James Cusworth found the net for the away side.
Horbury have been overtaken by
Bottesford Town and
Rossington Main who both picked up a point, Scott Matthews with the goal for the former as they drew 1-1 at
Campion with Ewan Gregson grabbing an equaliser for their hosts.

Dearne & District asserted their dominance at the top of Division One as they brushed aside visitors
Nostell Miners Welfare 7-0 on Friday night.

Athersley Recreation, Harry Lynn scoring a late leveller for them after Luca Cancello had seemingly given the away side a much-needed victory as they look to move further away from the bottom three.
Worsbrough Bridge Athletic and
Wakefield AFC have tightened their grip on third and fourth spots, respectively, after they both won on their travels.
Keelan Grist, Harrison Marvin and Lloyd Smith were the scorers as Worsbrough defeated
Doncaster City 3-0 and Tom Hinto got both of Wakefield's goals as they beat
Selby Town 2-1.
Crowle Colts drop out of the top five, replaced by
Leeds UFCA, as they were beaten 5-0 by them with two each for Junayd Cassius-Gill and Edward Tordoff helping the home side to a big win.
Brigg Town are up into sixth as Joshua Jordan, Mason Ellender, Lewis Shillito and Joshua Batty scored in their 4-1 victory at
Route One Rovers.
Armthorpe Welfare piled the pressure on basement side
Glasshoughton Welfare with an 8-1 victory in a game that they led 3-1 until the 88th minute when a five-goal blitz secured them the biggest away win so far this season in the NCEL.
Bayley Lowe's hat-trick was added to by two for Alfie Charlotte and one each for William Mendonca, Harley McCormack and Charlie Clegg.

Winterton Rangers were beaten 4-2 at
Maltby Main, a double for Jason Chanayire proving unfruitful as the hosts found the net through Wilfey Woodham, Curtis Morrison, Basile Zottos and Harry Middleton.
Goole AFC were 6-1 winners at
Appleby Frodingham, Nathan Perks with a hat-trick for the Vikings, whilst
Louth Town defeated visitors
South Leeds 5-1, Harley Thompson and Will Pennell with two each for the White Wolves.
And, it was a point apiece for hosts
Ilkley Town and
Club Thorne Colliery as they played out a 1-1 draw, Kevin Gonzalez opening the scoring for the home side before Luke Williams restored parity.
