The draw for the Semi-Finals of this season's JCP Construction NCEL League Cup in memory of James Hitchcock has been made with four Premier Division sides still in with a chance of lifting the trophy.
Tabletoppers Silsden AFC are looking to do the league and cup double but Beverley Town, Penistone Church and Knaresborough Town will all be out to stop them and claim some silverware of their own.
The draw, that was broadcast on Barton FM, took place at Scunthorpe United FC's Attis Arena that will be the venue for this year's Final on Tuesday 6th May, 2025.
Scunthorpe's assistant manager John Schofield, who played in the NCEL for Woolley Miners Welfare between 1983 and 1985, performed the draw and we thank him for taking part.

SEMI-FINALS DRAW
Knaresborough Town v Penistone Church
Beverley Town v Silsden AFC
Astonishingly, the balls came out of the bag in numerical order although statisticians have assured us that the chances of that happening is the same as in any other order.
Dates for the ties will be announced in due course.
