Qualter becomes Brewers boss
29th April, 2025
Former Tadcaster Albion player Ryan Qualter has returned to become their new boss, the NCEL Premier Division club have announced.
He has joined the Brewers from Ossett Albion to be the successor in the dugout to Mick O'Connell who left the Young Guns Arena earlier this month.
Qualter told the club's website: "First and foremost, I would like to thank the chairman and the board of directors for showing faith in myself.
"I am delighted to now start my managerial journey at a club that is very close to my heart.
"I have learnt so much working alongside two great managers in my previous roles but now I believe it’s time for me to take that step.
"I can’t wait to get started and work will start right away and I’m looking forward to meeting all the players and fans and build for a competitive season with Tadcaster Albion."
Brewers chairman Andy Charlesworth added: "We are all really excited to have Ryan back at the club, everyone is looking forward to this new era.
"We will rebuild and go again under Ryan who, when we interviewed him, was buzzing about this new role.
"We want everyone as usual to get behind him as he rebuilds the team and takes the club forward."
