Howard Webb to step down as vice president

Macron NCEL vice president Howard Webb has confirmed that he will not be seeking re-election to the position at the 2026 AGM, mainly due to his current workload.
The league would like to thank Howard for the time he has devoted to the NCEL during the period he has been connected to us - firstly as president and subsequently as vice president - and wish him all the best for the future.
