The following update has been released by the Macron NCEL's Assistant Referee Secretary, Jay Wright.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has helped me settle into my new role over the past few months, at times you have made it very easy.

With all changes in roles, there is always a transition period and I hope this has been as smooth as possible for all.

From Monday 17th November to Friday 21st November 2025, I will be taking a well earned short break and my access to both emails and WhatsApp will be limited.

During this time Matt Jones will be overseeing the referee appointments - his email address for all enquiries is matt.jones@ncel.org.uk.

I ask that all officials who have confirmed games, please do your best to complete these and make Matt's life as easy as possible.
