The opening weekend's fixtures in the 2025/26 Macron NCEL season have been released, including a game each on Friday night and Sunday afternoon to kick off what should be another thrilling campaign.

It begins on Friday 25th July with Maltby Main hosting new NCEL side Doncaster City before a packed Saturday schedule sees ten games in the Premier Division and nine matches in Division One.

Horbury Town and Wombwell Town's first matches in the Premier Division following their promotion see them travel to Knaresborough Town and Thackley, respectively, whilst two of the teams who have come down from Step 4 meet as Liversedge host Sheffield.

Life in the NCEL starts in Division One for Crowle Colts at Ilkley Town whilst two more newcomers face each other as Leeds UFCA travel to Route One Rovers.

Then, there is one game on Sunday as Louth Town host Appleby Frodingham as part of a groundhopping event in that area with kick-off at the MKM Louth Stadium at 3.30pm.
